The new Womxn of Worth (W) Initiative at UNC Chapel Hill strives to create a positive network and sense of community for self-identified womxn of color.  We define ‘womxn of color’ as those who self-identify or support African-American, Black, Latinx, Pacific Islander, Asian, Southeast Asian, Native American, Middle Eastern, Multiracial womxn, which is inclusive of intersections of varying identities and not an exhaustive list of all identities we hope to serve. We empower UNC womxn to define their own sense of worth so that they may thrive and positively impact each other and the community.
